Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Pharmacy or Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry. The Candidate having MBA in Marketing from any recognized University/Institution shall get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare proposal for new product with its technical & market feasibility study.
∎ Coordinate with different departments involved in launching a new product and integration of new product related activities for launching of new products as per plan.
∎ Prepare and review yearly sales and promotional budget of assigned products.
∎ Formulate the marketing plan, coordinate and monitor its implementation to achieve the set business growth.
∎ Prepare text lay-out for all kinds of packaging materials printed promo-materials & advertisement that are related to products.
∎ Develop training manuals, packaging and promotional materials.
∎ Ensure profitability and sustainable growth of products.
∎ Responsible for gathering and compiling market and competitors' data to define market size, market share, opportunities and threats across all the company's product categories and markets.
∎ Identify market trend and its impact on business and new business opportunity.
∎ Analyze brand and portfolio performance (monthly, quarterly and yearly), interpret the situation and take necessary actions accordingly.
∎ Design cost effective marketing plan and promotional campaigns.
∎ Prepare monthly action plan in light of yearly marketing plan of assigned products.
∎ Coordinate with Medical Affairs Department to conduct Seminar, Clinical Meeting.
∎ Communicate with Commercial, Planning & Procurement, Distribution and other relevant departments for smooth supply of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Promotional Materials and Finished Products.
∎ Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs Department for Product Registration and approval of promotional materials by Drug Administration of Govt. of Bangladesh.
∎ Supervise all promotional campaigns.
∎ Conduct training program for all field forces.
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical Industry.
∎ The applicant should have at least 7 years of experience in Product Management Department in any reputed Pharmaceutical Industry.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
∎ An excellent leadership quality.
∎ Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
∎ Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent Negotiation & Conflict Management Skills.
∎ Must have good interpersonal skills to be able to motivate and lead a workforce.
∎ Must be good at writing in English & Bangla.
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner.
∎ Good Computer skills.
