Experience:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets for assigned territory/product portfolio.
Analyze sales data, prescriber patterns, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and implement territory-wise sales plans.
Monitor prescription audit data
Oversee the timely collection of payments from chemists and institutions, maintaining a low Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) metric to safeguard company cash flow.
Hire, onboard, and train new medical representatives on effective selling techniques, handling objections, and territory management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), general practitioners, and specialists, institutions and other clients.
Organize doctor meetings, medical camps, and patient awareness programs to drive brand loyalty.
Overseeing draw-backs and clients' objections related to the company's products while communicating such issues to the Marketing function.
Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Management time to time.
