Must be a ERP or Tally Accounting Software Expert

Must have good communication skills

Candidates who have pharmaceuticals related experience will be given preference.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: The incumbent will be responsible for the Maintenance of Accounts of the Company such as journal postings provision/accruals, bank reconciliations, prepayments, fixed assets, costing, and Statutory Matters, and Coordinate with External and Internal auditors and all financial and accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all financial and accounting activities for business operations

Prepare & examine all financial statements & reports to meet the requirement of internal audit and external audits, to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards

Compile and analyze financial performance reports through communication with relevant staff in head office, depot offices, and factories

Provide support to report and align all financial transactions with Finance & Accounts Department

Generate financial reports and statements Monthly, Half Yearly, and Yearly to Management for review

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll and other transactions)

Ensure applicable accounting standards are appropriately applied and take initiative to implement new accounting standards from time to time

Preparation of Cost Benefit Analysis for new initiatives

Monitor Receipts & Payment Vouchers, Cash Book, General Ledger, Party Payment Registers, and Employees Register

Take responsibility and supervise the work & activities of junior staff members. Coordinate with the team to complete assigned accounting tasks within the deadlines

Supervise the VAT related works and face the VAT Audit performed by the different office of Customs, VAT & Excise Authority of NBR Completed the Yearly Assessment work of Tax Accounts of the company with the Tax Adviser and the Taxes Authority

Complete the Advance Income Tax work and TDS related work 

Other duties & responsibilities as and when required
