Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall plant operations including Production, PD, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and Administration.

• Drive operational efficiency, productivity improvement, and compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

• Take proactive and effective decisions to resolve operational, manpower, and compliance-related challenges.

• Monitor plant performance, wastage control, and resource utilization.

• Ensure strong administrative control and discipline across the factory workforce.

• Coordinate with management to achieve organizational objectives and production targets.

• Maintain close supervision over factory activities and ensure accountability at all operational levels.

• Build a culture of ownership, discipline, teamwork, and performance orientation.

• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
