• Only Male

-Strong knowledge of cGMP, WHO Guidelines, and DGDA Regulations.

-Excellent leadership, team management, and labor handling skills.

-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.

·  Manage and supervise all factory operations, including Production, Packaging, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse activities.

·  Ensure full compliance with cGMP, WHO, and DGDA requirements.

·  Oversee microbiological and chemical quality control activities, including testing of raw materials, purified water (RO/WFI), and finished products.

·  Develop and implement production plans to achieve operational targets.

·  Coordinate inventory management and ensure uninterrupted material availability.

·  Supervise equipment maintenance, calibration, validation, and operational readiness.

·  Lead, motivate, and manage departmental heads, supervisors, and factory personnel.

·  Ensure proper maintenance of Batch Production Records (BPR), SOPs, and all regulatory documentation.

·  Drive cost optimization initiatives and continuous process improvements.

·  Lead internal and external audits and prepare operational reports for management.
