·  Practical experience in Quality Control, Pharmacy, Microbiological, or Biochemistry departments within the pharmaceutical sector.

·  Sound understanding of laboratory safety protocols and data integrity.

·  Strong communication and team-handling capabilities



Responsibilities & Context:

·  Supervise and manage Quality Control, Microbiological, and Pharmaceutical Production activities in compliance with GMP, cGMP, GLP, WHO, and DGDA guidelines.

·  Conduct microbiological, chemical, and instrumental analysis of raw materials, purified water (RO/WFI), finished products, and stability samples.

·  Ensure compliance with data integrity requirements and regulatory standards.

·  Oversee pharmaceutical manufacturing, dispensing, compounding, and packaging processes to maintain product quality and safety.

·  Maintain Batch Production Records (BPR), SOPs, laboratory records, and quality documentation.

·  Perform in-process quality control checks, line clearance, and contamination control activities.

·  Monitor laboratory operations, including instrument calibration, validation, and maintenance.

·  Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

·  Lead and coordinate departmental personnel to ensure operational excellence and productivity.

·  Perform any other duties assigned by management.
