∎ Lead and manage the product development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
∎ Oversee the development of new pharmaceutical products from concept to commercialization.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the product development process.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product launches.
∎ Monitor and evaluate industry trends and advancements to identify opportunities for new product development.
∎ Develop and manage development timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective product development.
∎ Provide technical expertise and guidance to the product development team.
∎ Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
