Additional Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in relevant field with minimum 02 years of experience as Master or relevant position in any reputed shipping company.
Sailing experience as Master on seagoing vessels with a reputed company is mandatory.
Must be mentally and physically fit.
Age at most 50 Years.
Highly motivated, dynamic, experienced and able to work in his own initiatives.
Excellent leadership skills are mandatory.
Well conversant with collective negotiation skills & public speaking.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise Respective Vessel Operations.
To ensure vessels are managed and operated in accordance with standard operating procedure (SOP), others system with overall organizational policies.
Handle post fixture requirements. Monitor/Implementation.
Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
