• Good knowledge of local building codes and compliance standards.



Responsibilities & Context:

SaRa Development Ltd. a sister concern of SNOWTEX Group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced "Head of Project-(Civil Engineering)" with a strong background in real estate development. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites.

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and ensure proper implementation.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.

• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.

• Manage subcontractors and ensure proper resource allocation.

• Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.

• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project milestones.

• Assist in project budgeting, cost estimation, and variation management.
