- Ready to travel at short notice (all travel expenses covered)
- Ability to handle regional variations in construction practices
- Own motorcycle preferred for local site mobility
Responsibilities & Context: Interior Project Coordinator (Construction & Interior)
About the Role: We seek a highly mobile Senior Civil Engineer & Project Coordinator dedicated to managing projects across Bangladesh. This role requires full commitment to travel and work at various project sites nationwide, ensuring quality construction and interior work from planning through completion.
Location: Nationwide Project Sites
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage interior design projects from start to finish.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Conduct frequent site visits (minimum 70% field work).
Supervise design teams and ensure quality control.
Prepare and approve technical drawings for diverse regional projects
Adapt designs to local conditions and material availability
Supervise subcontractors across all project locations.
Maintain constant communication between HQ and remote sites
Resolve location-specific challenges (logistics, labour, materials)
Ensure consistent quality standards across all projects
