1. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for production and supporting equipment.

• Respond quickly to machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.

• Maintain daily maintenance logs and update PM records in ERP/logbooks.

2. Equipment Reliability & Performance

• Monitor machine health parameters (vibration, temperature, lubrication, load) and take timely corrective action.

• Support production in optimizing machine speed and efficiency.

• Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) of recurring faults and implement corrective measures.

3. Project Support & Execution

• Plan and execute small-scale engineering projects.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for project implementation.

• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met.

4. Spare Parts & Resource Management

• Track spare parts inventory and initiate replenishment.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of spares and tools.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Utility teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting output.

• Participate in daily operations meetings to align maintenance activities with production targets.
