Responsibilities & Context:

Akij Food & Beverage Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Manager – Cooler Management (Service & Maintenance) to ensure efficient cooler operations, maintenance, and service support across the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain daily refrigerator/cooler service call information in the system.

  • Supervise refurbishment and preparation of coolers for installation according to company standards.

  • Ensure timely breakdown service support as per SLA and conduct necessary inspections.

  • Coordinate with the Sales team regarding cooler breakdown and maintenance issues.

  • Monitor and evaluate Service Engineers' daily activities and performance.

  • Improve technical staff efficiency through proper monitoring and reporting tools.

  • Analyze customer complaints and recommend corrective actions to reduce spare parts consumption.

  • Train field force personnel on cooler management policies and best practices.

  • Conduct market visits to monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage email communications, service feedback, and customer escalations.

  • Review daily attendance and deployment plans of service personnel.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual service performance reports.

  • Resolve long-pending service issues through coordination with field and technical teams.

  • Analyze nationwide cooler service data and recommend process improvements.
