Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee overall factory setup, production, and operations for specialized mould manufacturing.
Supervise the production and precision engineering of injection moulding, die casting moulds, and progressive moulds/stamping dies.
Manage technical workflows for producing extrusion moulds and high-precision prototype moulds for industrial clients.
Lead the technical team in industrial machinery maintenance, tool-and-die setups, and mechanical system engineering.
