• Provide technical expertise in installation of new weighbridge/scales in different units as required.

• Conduct periodic checks and inspections to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Identify issues with malfunctioning or inaccurate machines and use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems related to load cells, sensors, wiring, and electronic components.

• Maintain and monitor ERP for consumption of spares and requesting replacement of relevant spares.

• Provide on-site technical support to customers to resolve issues and ensure proper functioning of the machines.

• Offer remote support when possible, guiding customers through basic troubleshooting procedures.

• Maintain Documentation and MIS on observations around day-to-day adherence to Instrumentation Maintenance parameters for the plant/units/locations.

• Maintain service logs and submit reports for audits.

• Ensure & conduct training for customers and users on proper operation and maintenance of the weighing machines.

• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in weighing systems by recommending and implementing upgrades or retrofitting of older machines to ensure they meet modern standards.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during installation, repair, and maintenance activities.

• Maintain good relationships with customers by providing excellent service and responding promptly to service calls.

• Management of common spares and tools needed to repair for smooth operation.

• Provide support in planning for man/machines for vessel offloading pertaining to grab/magnet
