Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and supervise Architect Department as a Team Leader.
Handle architectural and interior projects from concept development to final execution.
Prepare architectural layouts, working drawings, and presentation materials as per project requirements.
Develop 2D & 3D designs, visualization concepts, and client presentations.
Ensure proper space planning, material selection, finishing details, and design aesthetics.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, site engineers, project coordinators, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
Supervise project execution and ensure implementation according to approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct regular site visits and solve design/execution-related issues.
Monitor project timelines, workflow, and team productivity.
Lead internal design reviews and maintain company design standards.
Mentor junior architects and support team development.
Prepare BOQ, estimation, and project-related documentation when required.
Maintain strong communication with clients regarding project updates and approvals.
Stay updated with modern architectural trends, materials, technologies, and industry practices.
