Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Diploma

• Diploma or B.Sc. in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) from a reputed institution.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Prior experience handling power sector products (Generators, Sub-stations, Transformers) is highly preferred.

• Strong practical skills with the ability to follow complex technical blueprints and safety protocols.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and professional email communication.

Additional Criteria:

• Age Limit: 24 to 35 years.

• Must be energetic, proactive, and willing to travel frequently to factories, corporate offices, and client sites.

Job Context: We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals to provide technical sales, engineering solutions, and after-sales services for our power-related product portfolio. The successful candidates will manage client relations, drive business development, and handle hands-on technical responsibilities.

Job Location: Factory (Banasree - Staff Quarter Road, Mostomaji, Khilgaon, Dhaka-1219)

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales:

• Client Acquisition: Explore and secure new corporate accounts and business opportunities.

• Lead Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with existing clients to manage inquiries and tenders.

• Market Intelligence: Collect, analyze, and report on competitor activities and market trends to aid business expansion.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and client meeting reports to the Manager.

Technical Engineering & Services:

• Technical Proposals: Perform load calculations and review engineering specifications to prepare accurate commercial proposals.

• Installation & Commissioning: Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and load testing of Diesel Generators and Sub-stations.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform minor/major servicing, fault finding, and repairs on diesel engines and electrical systems.

• Renewable Energy & Panels: Demonstrate hands-on capabilities in Solar System (On-grid/Off-grid) installation and the assembly of DB panels and Control panels.

Salary:

• 16,000 to 30,000 per month (Based on experience).
