• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing large-scale commercial, corporate, hospitality, retail, or residential interior projects.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering high-value interior projects.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and cost control.

• Sound knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and finishing works.

• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Lead and manage multiple interior construction projects simultaneously.

• Develop project execution plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

• Review project drawings, BOQs, contracts, and technical specifications.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.

• Manage project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Supervise project managers, site engineers, and project teams.

• Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.

• Support business development activities, tender evaluations, and project planning initiatives.
