·         Review and approve material specifications as per project requirements.

·         Evaluate and approve concrete mix designs.

·         Check raw material quality (cement, aggregates, sand, water, admixtures, etc.).

·         Conduct sieve analysis, moisture content, and specific gravity tests.

·         Monitor stockpiling, storage, and handling of materials.

·         Ensure materials comply with ASTM/BS/ACI standards.

·         Coordinate with suppliers for material delivery and quality control.

·         Prepare and maintain material test reports and certificates.

·         Perform trial mixes and optimize concrete mix ratios.

·         Supervise daily plant operations (batching, mixing, delivery).

·         Ensure plant calibration and equipment accuracy.

·         Monitor the batching process as per the approved mix design.

·         Check moisture correction and automatic plant settings.

·         Ensure the timely delivery of concrete to the site.

·         Inspect plant equipment (silos, conveyors, mixers) for maintenance.

·         Maintain inventory of cement, aggregates, admixtures, and fuel.

·         Coordinate with the QA/QC team for slump and test samples.

·         Monitor concrete temperature and batching records.

·         Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
