Job Description:

Baolee Overseas Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Safety and Environment Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong B.Sc. Engineering background and be fluent in English. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and execution of a construction project, ensuring they are Safety and environment rules and regulation and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

·         Directly supervise and manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish.

·         Completed safety-related professional courses

·         Good communication skills with clients

·         HSE documentation knowledge

·         HIRA / JSA preparation Leadership and team management

·         Problem-solving ability

·         Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards

·         Investigating workplace incidents and accidents

·         Implementing safety policies and procedures

·         Conducting regular safety inspections

·         Preparing HIRA / HIRAC and JSA (Job Safety Analysis)

·         Monitoring manpower monthly headcount

·         Ensuring compliance with client safety requirements

·         Maintaining site safety documentation and reports
