  • Baolee Overseas Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong civil engineering background and be fluent in English. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and execution of a construction project, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Directly supervise and manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
  • Communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure a clear understanding and smooth project execution.
  • Interpret civil engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  •  Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and labor teams to ensure daily work progress.
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors to ensure their adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Enforce strict health and safety protocols on-site, conduct regular site inspections & safety briefings, and ensure all personnel maintain work quality & comply with necessary safety regulations
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress for management.
  • Resolve any on-site technical issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Manage and estimate material requirements, ensuring the quality and timely arrival of construction materials on-site.
  • Implement quality control checks and measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed site records, including daily work logs, progress photos, and material inventories.
  • Assist in preparing "as-built" drawings upon project completion.
  • Maintain liaison with the local law enforcement agencies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
