We are inviting application who has experienced with similar job in similar industry (Architecture Farm). This is a full time permanent position and demands the following preference for an eligible incumbent.
Proficient in 3D modeling, Animation and Presentation. Clear conception about building projects, building materials, interior design - materials and execution process. Find new prospects and sales leads to secure interior design consultancy and execution. Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies. Visit potential clients on a regular basis and develop rapport with the project in charge. Knowledge of types of building materials and construction methods. Knowledge of the methods and techniques of CAD design. Knowledge of structural, mechanical and electrical engineering relating to building costs. Assists in preparation of layout and draws preliminary sketch of project to present to client. To perform any sorts of relevant job if assign by the management.
