• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer

• Age At most 50 years
• Only Male

• The applicant should have experience in the following area: Residential, commercial, industrial building construction.

• Strong knowledge about civil engineering concepts.

• Projects Management skills.

• Supervise and monitor overall construction work at the project site and ensure progress as per design and drawings.

• Prepare cost estimations for all types of Civil works.

• Prepare monthly materials requirement status and coordinate with the Procurement Department to ensure timely delivery.

• Ensure the quality of workmanship at the site.

• Ensure proper inventory of building and construction materials on site.

• Prepare contractor/sub-contractor bills based on physical work done.

• Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.

• Prepare progress reports and work programs for the project.

• Any other tasks assigned by management.
