• To be a mentor with a creative design sense, so as to take on a leadership role, enhancing the architectural and interior design deliverables of Design Team.

• To increase excellence in work processes by changing them and bring marked difference in aesthetics in all designing matters.

• At least 3-4 year(s) experience in Interior Design, Modular Design, Real Estate, Architectural Firm.

• An entrepreneurial spirit and motivational leadership qualities.

• Passionate about overseeing designs which are functionally excellent and aesthetically pleasing.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating interior projects, working drawings, and renderings.

• Proficiency in: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, 3ds Max, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

• Excellent presentation and communication skill in English and Bengali.

• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Self-driven, organized and able to work both independently and within a team.

• Portfolio Submission:

  • Applicants must submit a portfolio that includes: 3D renders and implemented works.

  • Working/detail drawings

  • Factory/shop drawings

  • Photographs of completed projects.

• Being a motivating leader responsible to improve and to increase excellence in design.

• Co-ordinate with architectural, landscaping, interior design, structural, plumbing and electrical teams as required.

• Strategizing and introducing better and up-to-date work technology all across the interior design work deliverables.

• Improving presentation methods and state-of-the-art marketing material.

• Enabling on-schedule flawless delivery of designs by introducing faster and better design delivery systems.

• Leading the teams to create and deliver landmark projects including the importance of lighting and sensible designing.

• Resolving design conflicts through inter-departmental meetings as a representative of the architects.

• Overseeing the design implementation at the construction sites by visiting the sites and arranging for skill improvement of team members.

• Analyzing and improving cost controls and self-sustainability of interior team.

• Being a true leader with excellent managerial & networking skills.

• Develop and present detailed architectural and interior working drawings.

• Prepare accurate factory/shop drawings for furniture and customized interior elements.

• Coordinate with the implementation team, site engineers, project managers for smooth project execution.

• Oversee interior projects from concept to handover with strong attention to detail.

• Stay updated with modern design trends, materials, finishes, and technologies.

• Prepare high-quality presentation materials using Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and PowerPoint.

• Produce precise 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

• Guide 3D visualizers to create photorealistic renderings using Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, 3ds Max.

• Maintain organized documentation, BOQs and project reports.

• Collaborate with implementation and factory teams for timely production of design elements.

• Work effectively under pressure and contribute positively as a team player.
