Experience:

• 3 to 7 years

BSc in EEE / IPE/ME from any reputed university

• 3 to 7 years

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Clear and practical knowledge of LC (Letter of Credit) procedures.

• Detailed understanding of HS Code classification & customs regulations.

• Strong knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, etc.)

• Good understanding of international payment methodologies (TT, LC at sight, deferred LC, etc.)

• Experience working with SRO benefits and regulatory compliance.

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

• Good command of English (Written & Verbal).

• Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP system.

• Willingness to travel abroad.

• Source and procure raw materials from international suppliers.

• Develop new overseas suppliers and conduct supplier evaluation & audit

• Handle complete import process including PI, LC opening, shipment follow-up & documentation.

• Ensure proper HS Code classification and import compliance.

• Work with Commercial team regarding customs, SRO benefits and regulatory compliance.

• Visit supplier countries when required for factory audit and pre-shipment inspection.

• Conduct price negotiation and finalize payment & commercial terms

• Monitor international raw material market trends.

• Perform product costing analysis and ensure cost competitiveness

• Maintain close coordination with Production, Sales, Commercial & Finance departments.

• Ensure timely delivery, quality compliance and cost optimization.

• Maintain supplier database and performance evaluation records.
