Required qualification and experience:
· Acquired a degree majoring in Electrical engineering at the university
· Are willing to receive Japanese Language and technical training for 1 year
· Suitable candidates must be ambitious and able work in Japan after the training completes.
· Must be comfortable working in both desk & construction site in Japan.
· Are willing to engage in electrical equipment construction engineering working in Japan
· Have a medical examination including tuberculosis check-up and hepatitis inspection.
Supplementary Explanation on Working in Dhaka:
①One-year training period time in Dhaka the Japanese language school will assign homework. This homework will be checked at the Japanese language school on Sunday.
②Working hours: Sunday - Thursday 8: 30 - 17: 30 (break time 13: 00-14: 00)

Conditions for Transfer to Japan
①During Japanese language training period, each candidate must take Japanese language Proficiency Test and get N5 and N4 qualification.
Examination fees will be paid by the Company.
If each candidate passes, the Company provides a reward of 2,000Tk each.
②Each candidate must obtain a driver’s license in Bangladesh by the later of either one year after joining the Bangladesh branch or the completion of the Japanese language school training.
If a candidate does not fulfill the above conditions ① and ②, the candidate will not be able to transfer to Japan, and the employment contract will be terminated.
Supplementary Explanation on Working in Japan:
①After being transferred to the head office in Japan, you must obtain the following two qualifications within one year:
・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3
・A second-class Electrician Certification
If you fail to obtain these qualifications by the deadline, you will not be able to work in Japan and will have to return to Bangladesh.
②Installation of electrical facilities (equipment installation, etc.) and cable wiring work inside buildings such as office buildings, factories, and commercial buildings. (※)(For the scope of work image, please refer to Attachment ① "Indoor Electric Facility")
③Electrical power transmission construction such as erecting steel towers and laying power lines between them. (※)(For the construction area image, please refer to the red-framed section in Attachment ② "How Electricity Flows”)

The above-mentioned tasks (② and ③) are not office work but work at construction sites. Work at construction sites involves physical tasks such as indoor wiring, equipment installation, and laying transmission lines, rather than tasks such as design at on-site offices.

④The tasks described in ② and ③ are performed by our cooperative contractors; however, in order to acquire the actual skills involved in electrical construction work, you must perform these tasks alongside the individuals from our cooperating contractors.
⑤Acquiring specialized qualifications
There are two qualifications related to electrical work.
One is the Electrician Certification, which includes qualifications for a second-class electrician and a first-class electrician.
The other is the Electrical construction management engineer, which includes qualifications for a second-class Electrical construction management engineer and a first-class Electrical construction management engineer.
Acquiring specialized qualifications from a second-class electrician, a first-class electrician, a second-class Electrical construction management engineer and a first-class Electrical construction management engineer.
⑥Individuals who have acquired knowledge, expertise, and practical experience in electrical construction, along with obtaining the necessary qualifications, are selected from among them as genuine electrical construction management engineer, so called an Engineers.
Therefore, not everyone can become an Engineer.
⑦To become an Engineer by passing the aforementioned ⑥, it usually takes at least around 10 years."
⑧Assignment to construction sites in Japan is determined from a company-wide perspective, taking into account the region with a high number of sites and the busy conditions of those sites. For instance, even employees assigned to the head office in Tokyo may be assigned to sites outside the region under the jurisdiction of the head office. You may also be assigned to one of our subsidiaries.
⑨You are not allowed to pray during working hours. On days you are scheduled to work, you also cannot go to the mosque on Fridays.
After 1-year training period in Dhaka, employees will work in Japan. While training, the trainees will receive 16,000 BDT per month as an allowance. A special bonus will be paid to employees who have been determined to work in Japan. After being relocated, the incumbents will receive a competitive monthly salary (200000 Japanese Yen) as per the policy. At the start of employment in Japan, the incumbents will also receive other benefits such as leaves, bonuses, residential allowance, transportation allowance, and insurance facilities.
