Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the architectural design process for high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
Develop comprehensive interior design concepts that align with the architectural vision.
Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Create and present 3D models, renderings, and material boards to clients.
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity is maintained during construction.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Liaise with clients to understand their needs, present proposals, and incorporate feedback.
