∎ Applicant must have Diploma in Engineering (Civil) from any recognized Polytechnic Institute.
∎ Applicant having certificate on Land Survey Training Course i.e., Amin-ship Course from Bangladesh Technical Education Board, Bangladesh, will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Experience
∎ Preferably 1 to 3 years on full-time or part-time basis. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Working experience in any corporate office such as Bank/Non-Banking Financial Institution/Law Chamber/Real Estate Company/ Inspection, Survey & Valuation Company/Insurance Company, etc. is preferred.
∎ Additional Requirement
∎ Good numeracy skills and the ability to make mathematical calculation related to property.
∎ Problem solving and analytical skills.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge in computer and strong command on MS office.
∎ Understanding of land/property related documents.
∎ Experience in performing digital survey through digital Theodolite & Automatic Level Survey Instrument is preferable.
∎ Auto CAD expertise is preferable.

∎ Conducting Survey, Inspection & Valuation at field level.
∎ Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports on survey, inspection & valuation.
∎ Verifying data and calculations with other relevant documents.
∎ Recording and reporting of the outcome of surveys.
∎ Calculating the measurements of sites using equipment and writing description of property boundaries.
∎ Understanding legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify information about property boundaries.

∎ Job Context
∎ We are looking for competent candidate who will be responsible for Survey, Inspection & Valuation of land, building and apartment. Candidate to be a professional who estimates property boundaries and measures land features for construction projects or ready building/apartment mapmaking, etc. Candidate must be able to handle relevant specialized equipment to accurately determine the measurements and create maps and reports of survey results.
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Conducting Survey, Inspection & Valuation at field level.
∎ Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports on survey, inspection & valuation.
∎ Verifying data and calculations with other relevant documents.
∎ Recording and reporting of the outcome of surveys.
∎ Calculating the measurements of sites using equipment and writing description of property boundaries.
∎ Understanding legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify information about property boundaries.
∎ Workplace
∎ Work at Office. There will be frequent field visit as usual when necessary.
