Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct training program for farmers, officers, & Pesticides Dealers.
∎ Prepare power point presentation & show through Multimedia.
∎ Organize field demonstration on different Agro products at field level.
∎ Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
∎ Develop new product idea according to market demand and gap to compete in the ever-changing market situation.
∎ Branding and positioning of strategic products for easy penetration in Agro market and ensuring sustainable growth.
∎ Meet/visit Agriculture office time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 33 years
∎ 3 years' experience in Pesticides/ Fisheries / Agro based Company are preferable.
∎ Experienced Candidates will get Preferable
Salary: Negotiable
