Grand Khalifa Hotel Hamama is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote hotel services including rooms, banquet facilities, restaurant services and corporate packages. The candidate will be responsible for increasing hotel bookings, developing corporate relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to maximize revenue.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote hotel rooms, banquet hall, restaurant services, and special packages to corporate and individual clients.

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.

• Conduct client visits, meetings, and presentations to secure bookings.

• Promote hotel services through social media, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate banquet bookings for weddings, conferences, meetings, and corporate events.

• Monitor competitor hotels’ pricing and marketing strategies.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
