• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Fashion Design / Business Administration or a related field.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age At most 40 years

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Marketing / Merchandising in a 100% export-oriented woven garments factory.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.

• Strong knowledge of garments costing, merchandising procedures, production follow-up, and export documentation.

• Strong network with international apparel buyers / buying houses.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

We are a reputed 100% export-oriented Japanese woven garments manufacturing company based in Bangladesh, seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Merchandiser/Sr. Marketing Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and securing orders from European, American, and Australian buyers, maintaining strong buyer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with buyers from Europe, USA, and Australia.

• Source and confirm export orders for woven garments.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing international buyers.

• Manage the complete merchandising cycle from order negotiation to shipment.

• Prepare costing, price negotiation, and order confirmation with buyers.

• Coordinate closely with production, planning, quality, and commercial departments to ensure smooth order execution.

• Monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery and buyer satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and company policies. "
