• Minimum 5-8 years of experience as the same position in woven garments factory.

Finishing Manager for 100% export oriented Japanese Woven Garments Factory

Job Location: Kumkumary, Ashulia

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control all finishing operations including thread trimming, ironing, tagging, folding, packing, and final inspection.

• Ensure garments are finished as per buyer standards and shipment requirements.

• Maintain production schedules and ensure on-time delivery to the warehouse or shipment section.

• Monitor daily finishing output and ensure target achievement.

• Coordinate with sewing, washing, quality, and merchandising departments for smooth workflow.

• Ensure finishing quality meets buyer specifications and internal standards.

• Identify and resolve quality issues promptly in coordination with the QA team.

• Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce rejection and rework.

• Maintain a clean and organized finishing area to support high-quality output.

• Supervise and lead finishing line supervisors, ironmen, helpers, and packing staff.

• Develop manpower planning to ensure adequate staffing for each process.

• Conduct training and skill development for finishing workers to improve efficiency and quality.

• Motivate and manage the team to meet production and quality goals.

• Communicate regularly with management on production status and challenges.
