• SSC

• SSC/HSC/Graduate from any reputed organization

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age At most 35 years

• Minimum 03 Years in the same position from any Woven Garments factory.

• Candidate having knowledge and skill to make a blazer and Woven items will be considered as a deserving candidate.

• Must be self-motivated, proactive, and have a high-energetic approach to problem solving.

Sample Preparation

• Stitch development samples (proto, fit, size set, pre-production) based on tech packs or instructions.

• Understand garment construction and follow specifications precisely (e.g., stitching type, seam allowance, trims).

2. Technical Understanding

• Read and interpret measurement charts, construction details, and buyer comments.

• Use correct machines and sewing techniques based on fabric and garment style (shirts, trousers, jackets, etc.).

3. Collaboration

• Coordinate with the sample coordinator, pattern master, and merchandiser to understand style requirements.

• Provide feedback on pattern or construction issues to improve the fit and appearance of the sample.

4. Quality Focus

• Ensure high-quality stitching and finishing in line with buyer expectations.

• Check measurement and visual appearance before sample submission

• Deliver samples within given timelines to support the production approval process.
