Responsibilities & Context:
Technical Leadership: Lead the technical design team from concept to final production.
Fit Excellence: Ensure garment fit, construction, and grading meet brand standards.
Spec Sheets: Approve tech packs, measurement charts, and bill of materials (BOM).
Sample Approval: Oversee prototype, fit, and pre-production sample evaluation sessions.
Cost Optimization: Engineering garments to meet target margins without compromising quality.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with factories to resolve complex manufacturing and construction issues.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Align with design, merchandising, and QA teams for execution.
Process Standardization: Establish blueprints, tolerances, and quality control manuals for production.
