Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle order execution from development stage to shipment.

• Coordinate with buyers, factories, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.

• Follow up on sample development, approvals, and bulk production.

• Monitor production status and ensure on-time delivery of orders.

• Maintain T&A (Time and Action) calendar and track critical milestones.

• Negotiate prices, consumption, and costing with suppliers and factories.

• Coordinate fabric and trim sourcing and ensure timely material availability.

• Ensure product quality standards and buyer requirements are met throughout production.

• Prepare and maintain merchandising reports, order summaries, and shipment updates.

• Resolve production and shipment-related issues proactively.

• Communicate regularly with buyers regarding order status, approvals, and delivery schedules.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and buyer requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in woven garment merchandising.

• Strong knowledge of garment production, costing, fabrics, trims, and sourcing.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
