Responsibilities & Context:

This position is responsible for driving sales growth and profitable market expansion of lighting products and electrical accessories (e.g., LED lights, switches, sockets, and related products) within the assigned territory.

• Achieve the sales target in terms of value and quantity.

• Supervise, manage, and motivate Field Officers (FO) effectively to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure 100% product availability and route-wise outlet coverage. 

• Implement the merchandising activities by the Field Officer to ensure product visibility in the marketplaces

• Manage financial discipline in terms of cash collection, credit control.

• Monitor distributors` stock as well as investment and ensure timely payment from distributors to company.

• Source potential distributors to appoint against the vacant distribution as well as for the future requirements.

• Provide on job training to the Field Officers for improving their professional selling skills and product knowledge.

• Develop future sales leaders through proper training, counselling, and guidelines.

• Monitor competitors' activities (trade offers, different programs, prices, etc.) and propose and assist management accordingly. 

• Prepare different types of reports as and when required by the management.
