  • Retired government, bank officials or Private sector officials from construction industry with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities mostly with government agencies as required.
  • Strong networking abilities with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities within government, military, and construction sectors.

  • Manage all aspects of tender processes, financial operations including VAT, Taxation, financial reporting, pay orders.

  • Attending tender and make proper demonstrations to represent the organization.

  • Identifying markets and business opportunities and arranging meetings with potential customers.

  • Lead the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and tenders in coordination with the business development team.

  • Oversight of financial audits and compliance.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, including government officials and private sector stakeholders.

  • Ensuring client satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues and proactive communication.·       

  • Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounts records, financial statements, inventory management and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and procedural standards.

  • Collaborate with the procurement team to streamline supplier payments and negotiate favorable terms.

  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to taxation, VAT, and other financial matters.

  • Coordinate with legal advisors and consultants on contracts, agreements, and other legal matters pertaining to business transactions.·       

  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
