Responsibilities & Context:
Make mobile calls to clients to inform them about new job opportunities.
Maintain a professional and friendly communication tone with clients.
Identify and create new agents for the agency.
Maintain records of potential and active agents for marketing follow-up.
Coordinate with social media or printing teams to distribute job circulars effectively.
Keep track of client interactions, leads, and recruitment progress.
Provide weekly reports to the marketing manager about outreach results and campaign effectiveness.
