Job Responsibilities – Sales & Marketing Executive

• Promote the company’s manpower recruitment, work permit, visa processing, and travel services to potential clients.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for overseas employment and travel services.

• Communicate with clients to explain company services, job opportunities, and visa procedures.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.

• Handle client inquiries through phone, email, and social media platforms.

• Prepare marketing plans and support promotional activities for company services.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of client applications.

• Maintain proper records of clients, leads, and sales activities.

• Represent the company professionally while dealing with clients and business partners.
