Job Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in a Tank Terminal operation of BPC.
- Strong knowledge of petroleum product handling, storage, and distribution.
- Proven experience in sales & marketing within the energy or petroleum sector.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting tools, email communication, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong analytical and strategic planning ability.
- Good understanding of BPC deliveries procedures and industry compliance standards.
- Willingness to be stationed at Ghorashal.

Job Summary:
Aqua Refinery Limited (ARL) is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of AGM – Sales & Marketing to lead and manage sales operations of petroleum and related products to various BPC marketing companies. The role requires extensive experience in tank terminal operations, strong industry knowledge, and proven marketing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets.
- Manage product sales and distribution to various BPC marketing companies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with operations and terminal teams to ensure smooth product handling and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Lead and supervise the sales & marketing team to achieve business objectives.
