  • Team building & manage the media buying team.

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS, WordPress, or technology products.

  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Search Console, Ahrefs.

Good to Have

  • Agency background with exposure to multiple industries.

  • Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategy.

  • Exposure to conversion rate optimization practices.

Responsibilities & Context:

Role Purpose

As a Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist at Amzad Food, you will drive measurable growth across all Amzad Food products by planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels. This role is responsible for acquiring high-quality users, optimizing conversion funnels, and delivering data-driven insights to improve marketing performance.

What You'll Do

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) LinkedIn, TikTok, email, message and other relevant platforms.

  • Develop and manage full-funnel campaigns across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retargeting stages.

  • Continuously test and optimize audiences, creatives, messaging, and landing pages

Audience Targeting & Filtering

  • Build and refine audience segments using demographic, behavioral, geographic, and intent-based filters.

  • Leverage custom audiences, lookalikes, and platform-specific targeting capabilities.

  • Continuously optimize targeting to improve efficiency and reduce wasted spend.

Campaign Optimization & A/B Testing

  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.

  • Monitor and optimize key metrics including CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS

  • Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.

Performance Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze campaign performance to identify patterns, opportunities, and inefficiencies.

  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.

  • Identify audience behavior trends, creative effectiveness, and funnel drop-offs.

Conversion Funnel Optimization

  • Understand and optimize the full user journey from ad interaction to conversion.

  • Identify friction points and improve conversion paths.

  • Collaborate on improving landing pages, messaging, and calls-to-action.

SEO & SEM

  • Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent search opportunities.

  • Optimize on-page SEO and support content improvements for organic growth.

  • Align paid and organic strategies for maximum impact.

  • Analytics & Tracking

  • Set up and manage tracking systems including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards for campaign and channel analysis

  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of data tracking.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

  • Provide clear briefs on messaging, hooks, and formats.

  • Test and iterate on multiple creative variations.
