• Enjoys fieldwork and meeting new people.

• Confident in explaining products and engaging with customers.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to travel within Dhaka and occasionally outside Dhaka.

• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and reseller partners.

• Introduce Lucerne's chocolate products to bakeries, confectioneries, cafés, restaurants, hotels (HoReCa), food manufacturers, and retail businesses.

• Distribute free product samples and explain product features, benefits, and applications to customers and resellers.

• Educate customers on product quality, usage, and the advantages of Lucerne's chocolate solutions.

• Build relationships with prospective customers and collect qualified sales leads for the Sales team.

• Assist in expanding Lucerne's distribution network by identifying potential dealers, distributors, and resellers.

• Collect market intelligence, competitor information, pricing, and customer feedback to support business development.

• Support promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, trade events, and customer engagement activities.

• Prepare daily market visit reports, customer feedback reports, and lead generation reports.

• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to achieve new market development objectives.

• Perform any other sales and marketing activities assigned by the management.
