Fine Homes & Fineabason.com is a sister concern of FINE GROUP looking for some young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales Assistant Manager who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate industry. This candidate should have at least 3 year’s & above of proven experience in marketing Properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
Job Responsibilities
· Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
· Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
· Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
· Having a Motorcycle Driving Experience.
· Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
· Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
· Corporate sales planning and implementation.
· Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
· To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
· Computer knowledge is the must.
· Any other task assigned by Management.
