∎ 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development (preferred)
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, confident in communication and negotiation.
∎ Good command of both English and Bengali (spoken and written).
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Must be well-organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
∎ Willing to travel for meetings and project purposes as needed.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify New Business Opportunities: Actively search for upcoming opportunities in:Government Projects – Including infrastructure, construction, utilities, procurement, or public tenders under ministries, departments, city corporations, Army, Navy, Airforce and development partners.Asset Management Firms – Target partnerships with individuals & firms managing public or private investment, fund management etc.Property Management Companies – seek facility management, renovation, or supply-related scopes in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
∎ Research tenders, government notices. Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and agencies to support future project targeting.
∎ Monitor policy updates and infrastructure development initiatives that align with company services.Government & Institutional Liaison
∎ Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with officials from ministries, development authorities, PWD, REB, WASA, City Corporations, and other relevant institutions.
∎ Engage with property and asset management firms for project discussions, facility solutions, or land-related business scopes.
∎ Ensure regular contact through calls, visits, and follow-ups to strengthen institutional trust and familiarity with Ononno Group.Meeting Coordination & Representation
∎ Attend and conduct meetings with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, consultants, and government officers.
∎ Understand project requirements in detail and provide tailored suggestions from the company’s capabilities.
∎ Present project proposals and offers professionally using structured presentations and negotiation skills.
∎ Document meeting minutes, follow up on outcomes, and ensure alignment between parties.Negotiation & Deal Closure
∎ Engage in commercial and technical negotiation with government and private clients to finalize deals.
∎ Maintain a clear understanding of pricing, technical specs, legal clauses, and project goals during discussions.
∎ Act as a bridge between the management and external parties to ensure win-win agreements.Proposal & Report Preparation
∎ Prepare business proposals, marketing materials, presentations, and project summaries to present to prospective clients and agencies.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments to gather required data for offers and quotations.
∎ Generate progress reports, activity summaries, and performance briefs for management reviews.Document Drafting & Legal Correspondence
∎ Draft official documentation including:Applications for project permissions, or licensing.
∎ Agreements and MoUs with clients, vendors, and partners.
∎ Letters and contracts for supply, construction, and project execution.
∎ Work orders for vendors or contractors.Ensure legal language accuracy, proper formatting, and approval flow.Tender Documentation Support
∎ Assist in preparing technical and financial bidding documents.
∎ Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and suppliers to gather necessary data for tenders.
∎ Ensure compliance with submission requirements (BOQ, experience sheets, tax documents).
∎ Track submission deadlines and ensure timely delivery to proper authorities.Project Coordination & Communication
∎ Act as a central point of communication between internal teams (engineering, procurement, accounts) and external stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate pre- and post-contract activities, ensuring documentation and timelines are aligned.
∎ Handle project-related inquiries and correspondence efficiently.Administrative Record Keeping
∎ Maintain and organize:Contracts, licenses, project files (both digital & physical).
∎ Communication logs, notes, and approvals.
∎ Legal documents and HR-related admin records (if assigned).

∎ Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through liaison or marketing efforts.
∎ Arrange and participate in site visits to understand project environments.
