Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive, Marketing & Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing consultancy services and client acquisition related to MEP, ELV, and Fire Safety Planning for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
This role involves developing marketing strategies, generating leads, building long-term client relationships, and supporting business growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Identify, approach, and develop new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations to close deals
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
Understand client requirements and provide professional consultancy solutions
Analyze competitors and recommend improvements to enhance service offerings
Plan and execute successful marketing and sales campaigns
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Participate in client meetings, discussions, and project handover processes
