Responsibilities & Context:

• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Civil Engineering (preferred) 

• Candidates must be highly sales- and marketing-oriented, with a strong ability to generate leads and convert them into clients.

• Candidates with experience in Tender-related jobs are encouraged to apply.

• Communicate with government offices and stakeholders regarding project requirements.

• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment usage.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

• Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline and budget.

• Follow up on tender results, project approvals, and payments.

• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and proper installation procedures are followed on-site.

• Maintain proper documentation and reports for all ongoing and completed projects.

• Must have the capability to create business opportunities for the company through networking, client meetings, and strategic outreach.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Good command of both English and Bengali (spoken and written). 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Should be flexible to attend corporate meetings and project purposes when necessary.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
