1.স্ক্রিপ্ট রাইটিং — আকর্ষণীয় ও ব্র্যান্ড-ফোকাসড ভিডিও স্ক্রিপ্ট তৈরি করার দক্ষতা।

2.কনটেন্ট ক্রিয়েশন — ছবি, ভিডিও ও সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া কনটেন্ট পরিকল্পনা ও তৈরি করার দক্ষতা।

3.লাইভ প্রেজেন্টেশন — লাইভে সাবলীলভাবে কথা বলা, পণ্য উপস্থাপন এবং দর্শকের সঙ্গে কার্যকরভাবে যোগাযোগ করার দক্ষতা।

Responsibilities & Context:

• - কোম্পানির পোশাক ও অথেন্টিক কসমেটিকস পণ্য অনলাইনে প্রমোট করা।

• - বিভিন্ন সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া পেজের জন্য আকর্ষণীয় Product Promotional Video ও Brand Content তৈরি করা।

• - প্রোডাক্টের ফিচার, ব্যবহার ও সুবিধা সুন্দরভাবে উপস্থাপন করা।

• - প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Live Video, Product Presentation ও Promotional Shoot-এ অংশগ্রহণ করা।

• - সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় Brand Awareness ও Customer Engagement বৃদ্ধিতে কাজ করা।

• - Marketing Team-এর সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে বিভিন্ন Promotional Campaign পরিচালনা করা।

Additional Benefits & Incentives

1. Sales Commission

Brand Promoter-এর নিজস্ব ভিডিও, Live, Social Media বা অন্যান্য Organic মাধ্যমে Marketing Budget ছাড়াই Sales Generate হলে, কোম্পানির নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী প্রতিটি সফল Sale-এর জন্য কমিশন প্রদান করা হবে।

2. Organic Sales Champion

কোম্পানির Paid Marketing Budget ছাড়াই সর্বোচ্চ Sales Generateকারী Brand Promoter-কে মাসিক/ত্রৈমাসিক ভিত্তিতে বিশেষ Incentive প্রদান করা হবে।

3. Live Selling Incentive

Brand Promoter-এর পরিচালিত Live Session থেকে Sales Generate হলে কোম্পানির নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী অতিরিক্ত Incentive/Commission প্রদান করা হবে।

4. Quarterly Performance Bonus

প্রতি ৩ মাসে Sales Performance, Content Performance, Customer Engagement ও Overall Performance-এর ভিত্তিতে যোগ্য কর্মীকে বিশেষ Performance Bonus প্রদান করা হবে।

5. Career Growth Opportunity

দক্ষতা, Sales Performance ও Overall Performance-এর ভিত্তিতে পদোন্নতি ও দায়িত্ব বৃদ্ধির সুযোগ থাকবে।

Career Path: Brand Promoter → Senior Brand Promoter → Brand Executive → Marketing/Brand Management
