Role Purpose

As a Content Manager at BRONNE LTD., you will be responsible for planning, developing, managing, and optimizing high-quality content across multiple platforms to strengthen brand presence, engage target audiences, support marketing objectives, and contribute to business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in content planning and strategy, brand voice-driven writing, copywriting, translation, article and blog writing, feature writing, video scriptwriting, and creative script development.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Customer Relationship, Graphic Design, Video, Social Media, and Management teams to develop and execute effective content strategies aligned with BRONNE LTD.'s business objectives.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have

• 2-3 years of professional experience in Content Management, Content Writing, Content Marketing, Copywriting, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong expertise in content planning, strategy, writing, editing, and proofreading.

• Excellent command of Bangla and English, both written and spoken.

• Strong research, storytelling, and creative writing skills.

• Proven experience in copywriting and brand voice-driven content creation.

• Strong experience in article, blog, feature, and long-form content writing.

• Practical experience in video scriptwriting and creative script development.

• Strong understanding of digital content and social media platforms.

• Basic to strong understanding of SEO and SEO-friendly content creation.

• Excellent attention to detail and content quality.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience in E-commerce, Retail, Consumer Products, Digital Business, or Online Business.

• Experience managing a content team or content production workflow.

• Experience with SEO tools and content analytics.

• Experience creating promotional, marketing, and conversion-focused content.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.

• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

• Understanding of social media trends and content algorithms.

• Experience developing research-based, educational, or academic content.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Grammarly, Canva, Notion, Trello, or similar tools.

• Basic understanding of graphic design and video production.

• Experience using AI-powered content research and writing tools.

• Experience developing scripts for Reels, Shorts, YouTube, and promotional videos.

• Basic understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing.

• Agency experience with exposure to multiple industries or clients.
