• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Experience: 4–7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer product sales and marketing

• Previous experience in supervising or managing a field sales team will be given preference.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop assigned territories

• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a results-oriented approach

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, motivate, and coach Medical Promotion Officers within the assigned territory.

• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.

• Conduct regular field visits with MPOs to monitor performance and guide them on scientific and product detailing.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.

• Ensure the proper implementation of product campaigns, sampling activities, CME programs, and promotional strategies.

• Analyze territory-wise sales trends, prescription generation, market potential, and competitor activities.

• Monitor product availability and coordinate with distributors to ensure proper stock management.

• Manage territory budgets, promotional expenses, and distribution activities efficiently.

• Prepare periodic sales and performance reports and share valuable insights with regional and head office management.

• Ensure discipline, productivity, and professional standards among team members.
