Shifts:

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 

• Day Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM 

Location: Block-C, H-02 Rd No. 13, Banasree, Dhaka 1219

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers and clients to understand their needs.

• Maintain communication through various channels, including Fiverr.

• Follow up with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  Manage client relations and ensure proper service delivery.

• Maintain a database to track tasks and collaborate with operational teams.

• Generate new sales leads and close deals.

• Provide seamless coordination to meet project goals.
  

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to generate new sales opportunities and close deals.

• Prior experience in sales or customer communication is a plus.

• Freshers are allowed to apply.

Training will be provided to help understand project requirements and client needs.
