• Minimum Graduation in any discipline. ( O Level / English Version & English Fluency is highly required).

• Only Female

• Language: Any English Fluency Course will be prioritized.

• Experience: At least 1 year.

• Workplace: On-site (Office-based in Gulshan).

Employment Status: Full-time (Day Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Proper communication with Patients on the phone and in person Must be fluent in English.

• Answer online inquiries via WhatsApp inbox.

• Handle incoming calls and record them in the Gulshan branch logbook.

• Call and text patients to send appointment reminders.

• Schedule appointments from incoming calls/emails and record them in the logbook and software.

• Follow up on taken, cancelled, and unconfirmed appointments.

• Complete task logs and physically submit daily work reports.

• Ensure patients are properly assisted and represented at all times.

• Provide operational backup for both CSO and Pharmacy departments.
